All the time, it is not easy to write a speech word by word and by heart it. So, the best method is to prepare an outline. The outline should contain the main ideas. It should be presented like a chart or picture. Divide each main idea into a chapter. Also note down the various points related to that. Do prepare the outline, you may use spider charts. It will help you to recollect the ideas faster. Connect one idea to another. It will help you to automatically remember a new one, just as you complete the previous one. Repeat the connected ideas. Remember the outline just like a picture. You can look at it for a few seconds and close your eyes to see where and how the points are arranged. If you start the speech means we can recognize to your point then you proceed. After then you relax and precede your points to others. If you start speech means don’t forget the points.
